Our Red Vanilla is a premium variety of Vanilla planifolia from Mananara Nord, Madagascar, carefully cured to preserve its distinctive reddish-brown color and deep, warm aroma.
This vanilla is prepared through traditional Malagasy methods, ensuring natural fermentation and a slightly lower moisture content compared to black vanilla — making it ideal for infusions, liquors, and long-term storage.
